Extra guests and children are not allowed to join you at your appointment.
There is a 15-minute grace period. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Be sure to communicate if you're running late.
Washing services are available. If you are not getting a wash please arrive with your hair clean and combed out.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone.
No refunds on any hairstyles, bundles, or wigs!
There will be an extra fee applied to children who are tender-headed.
No drop-offs for kid's services! Parents are required to stay during appointments.

Most styles need 3-4 packs of pre-stretched hair.
Any hair longer than 42" is an additional $25
After-hours, squeeze-ins, and last-minute appointments are an additional $30.
